Being a 36 year old mother of two young girls, it was hard to find time to work out. I started watching my diet about a month before finding the dedication to join Trevor's boot camp. After only 3 weeks of working with Trevor and Brian, there was a dramatic change in my size and my body shape. Not only did I lose weight, but I also dropped two pant sizes in three weeks! Everyone began to notice how my body firmed up and looked better so quickly. Trevor is amazing! He is very knowledgeable and helpful and just happens to be the best boot camp in this town! The classes are smaller than other boot camps, which makes for more one-on-one training. They watch each of us closely and help us with our form with each exercise, which ensures maximum results and less chance of injury. The classes are so much fun that I would go 7 days a week if it were possible. I have more energy, look better and feel great! I will continue to work with Trevor and Brian as long as possible. Thanks to Trevor and Brian for giving me my self esteem and confidence back!

Coming from a small school, many people did not think I had a chance at Division I football. Working with Trevor last spring and summer prepared me for a senior season that opened the door for me to go to the Air Force Academy as a football player. Ryan Yezek – I had the opportunity to work out with Trevor Carney during my junior year and the summer after. I had been working out with him for a while, but then I tore my ACL playing basketball and was unable to do anything productive for a long time. Trevor was a huge part of my rehab as I know my athleticism would not be where it is today if he hadn't helped me through it. Our workouts usually consisted of a couple of my buddies and myself, and I couldn't do most of the activities that Trevor had set out for them. However, he was more than willing to set me up with my own workout that would help strengthen my legs mainly. I owe a lot of my regained athleticism to Trevor and the dedication he had in pushing and encouraging me during my long road back from injury.

Will Lewis (Pastor at Brazos Fellowship) – My name is Will Lewis; I am the pastor of Brazos Fellowship. I am writing on behalf of Trevor, he has been such a blessing to my life. He has made exercise fun for me and not to mention rewarding. I have gained over 13 lbs. of muscle and lost 9% body fat!! That is why I will continue to use his personal training services. I had the pleasure of getting to work with Trevor for several months before a photo shoot and was thoroughly pleased with my results. Trevor spent time designing out my meal plans and developed an exercise regime that helped me sculpt long lean muscle!!

Craig McSpadden – My name is Craig McSpadden. I am a member at Pebble Creek Country Club. I am 67 years old, weigh 213 lbs., and have had a total knee and total hip replacement on the right side of my body. I thought exercise was out of the question, until I met my personal trainer, Trevor Carney.

Trevor has helped me vastly improve my nutrition and motivated me to start and continue an exercise program. To this date I have lost over 24 lbs.! I am extremely pleased with the results that I have seen from the exercise and proper eating. He makes it realistic and attainable for anybody -- because I thought good nutrition was fried and came in 12 oz. cans. I can now play 18 holes of golf without getting tired and still make it to the Aggie ballgame at night! I can even pick up my grandchildren without having to worry about hurting my back! My life is full of activity and passion again!

 

I recommend Trevor to anybody. If he can work with this old body, full of synthetic parts, then he can surely work with you. I am going to continue on to my ultimate goal of losing 50 lbs. and have some serious fun while I am doing it! Trevor makes working out fun, and I truly enjoy being active and being around other people that care about their health.

Karthik Venkatraj – Howdy! My name is Karthik Venkatraj and I am a member of Texas Aggie Corps of Cadets, Army ROTC program, and the Army National Guard. My success in all three programs is a far cry from my beginning in these programs. I was 5\' 10\'\' 180 lbs when I made the decision to join the Army. This was well above the height/weight limit. To add to this disqualification, I was unable to pass the Army Physical Test scoring 15 push-ups (42 minimum), 45 sit-ups (53 minimum), and 18:30 for the 2 mile run (15:54 minimum). After trying several times on my own to improve my score, I was still unable to pass. It was then that I contacted Innovative Fitness to help meet my goals. I began training with Jeremy approximately 2 months before my PT test. Utilizing innovative training methods, constantly assessing and adapting to my abilities, and maintaining a high level of motivation throughout, Jeremy not only helped me pass the PT test but helped me excel. During the PT test, I scored 60 push-ups, 80 sit-ups, and a 13:33 run. I also slimmed down to 155 pounds, which is well within the standard. This summer I successfully completed Warrior Forge at Fort Lewis, Washington and I am well on my way to becoming an officer in the Army. I can confidently say that I would not be in this position without the training of Jeremy and Innovative Fitness. Moreover, I know that I owe Jeremy for my commissioning. I would recommend his training and that of Innovative Fitness to anyone going into the military whether its Basic Training, Officer Candidate School, ROTC, etc. In fact, I would recommend the training to everyone! Eileen Winkle – My primary goals in hiring Trevor Carney as a personal trainer were to 1) create a healthy lifestyle that would help balance spiritual, physical, and mental well-being, 2) establish a work-out relationship with my husband, 3) serve as positive role model for my children, and 4) improve the family eating habits.

 

By following Trevor's advice in implementing healthy eating habits and adhering to regular work out sessions, I've not only accomplished my goals, but have decided to take those goals to another level.

In addition to having an impact on my family and myself, Trevor was able to establish a regular exercise program for senior citizens at my place of employment. By doing so, he has assisted over 25 seniors in improving their physical well-being. Trevor and his staff are encouraging, motivating, and professional in facilitating lifestyle changes for people with physical fitness or nutritious eating goals.


Karen L. Thompson – My personal training needs have been met by the "Healthy Living" exercise class at First United Methodist Church. Jeremy Robinson is by far the best gift those in the class could receive. He is not only a gifted instructor but he is kind, considerate and funny. I have truly benefited from the class at age 65 by becoming more aware of my physique and what needs working on. Jeremy makes the classes interesting and never ever boring. He is a fine young man from someone old enough to be his grandmother.
